All of the rooms in the cottage are comfortable, tastefully decorated and furnished.
The accommodation briefly comprises of; a spacious dining room with open fireplace, two comfortable and cosy sitting rooms one with a wood burner, kitchen/breakfast area and ground floor shower room/WC. Outside and garden
The front of the cottage is a shingle driveway with parking for one large or two small cars. To the side of the property is a large garden perfect for relaxing in with friends and family. The garden’s size and placement make it perfect for children to play, away from the road in safety.
Perfectly situated in Warham, North Norfolk between Binham and Wells-next-the-Sea, very close to the coast, just a stone’s throw away. You could easily go into Wells for breakfast or walk to the local pub in the village for brunch.
Chapel Cottage is in walking distance of the Wells and Walsingham light railway that has a request stop so makes a fun trip into Wells.
Although Warham is only a small village it has two historical churches. South of the village, beside the river Stiffkey, is a fine Iron Age fort, known as Warham Camp. It is very well preserved and makes for a great day out.
One of the best pubs around that has recently been refurbished just happens to be The Three Horseshoes. This pub & restaurant just happen to be in the same village as Chapel Cottage. As a direct result, it is only walking distance to fine food and atmosphere. A top tip place to eat from the team at Norfolk’s Hidden Gems.
The Carpenters Arms, in the next village of Wighton, has also been recently refurbished and serves food daily.
